Since 1999, he has worked on operational solutions and strategies for consultancy projects including; Eden Project Cornwall, City Inn Hotels, Park Plaza Hotel Group, Selfridges London, Harvey Nichols Istanbul, Liberty Restaurants & Events, and Food Inc.
